REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by WTWEBS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Waytowebs), including Website Design & Development, Mobile Application Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Logo Design, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads, and related services.

2. Advance Payment Policy

  • All advance payments made towards any project are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments are collected to allocate resources, project planning, research, design, and development activities.
  • Once work has commenced, no refund requests shall be entertained.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

Before Work Commencement

If a project is cancelled before work begins and before resource allocation, cancellation may be considered at the sole discretion of Waytowebs. Administrative charges may be deducted from any refundable amount.

After Work Commencement

Once project work has started, no advance payment shall be refunded. The client shall be liable to pay for all completed work and resources utilized up to the cancellation date.

4. Project Cancellation by Waytowebs

Waytowebs reserves the right to terminate a project if:

  • The client fails to provide required information for an extended period.
  • The client repeatedly delays approvals affecting project execution.
  • The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct.
  • The client fails to make agreed payments.

In such cases, all completed work up to the termination date shall be chargeable.

5. Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of Digital Marketing services:

  • SEO fees are non-refundable.
  • Social Media Management fees are non-refundable.
  • Social Media Marketing fees are non-refundable.
  • Google Ads management fees are non-refundable.

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or others is non-refundable and subject to the respective platform policies.

6. Design Services

For Logo Design, Graphic Design, and UI/UX Design:

  • Once design concepts are shared, no refund requests shall be accepted.
  • Revisions included within the package shall be provided as agreed.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

Waytowebs does not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Lead generation volumes
  • Sales conversions
  • Revenue growth
  • Social media engagement metrics

Refunds shall not be provided based on performance expectations unless specifically agreed in writing.

For cancellation requests, clients must submit written communication through the registered email address associated with the project.
